AccessBot is a neutral platform for lawful content. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and sets out what is and isn't allowed. You are responsible for the content in your own channels and for complying with Telegram's Terms of Service, your payment providers' rules, and every law that applies to you and your members. You must be at least 18.
AccessBot manages access to your communities — it does not host, monitor, or review the content inside your own Telegram channels and groups, which you control and which Telegram hosts. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring it is lawful everywhere you and your members are located, including meeting any licensing, age-verification, or record-keeping obligations the law imposes on you.
Content on AccessBot's public-facing surfaces — your storefront, plan previews, images, and anything uploaded to the platform — must be suitable for a general audience. We screen public uploads and will reject or remove anything that isn't.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate a workspace — immediately and without notice or refund — where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, or where required by law, a court, or our providers. To detect abuse we may review the information and metadata in your workspace (such as workspace, plan, and storefront names, and public uploads) using automated and manual methods. Where we find seriously illegal content we preserve evidence, report to the relevant authorities, and cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests. Repeat infringers are terminated.
To report a violation, copyright infringement, or child-safety concern, use our Copyright & Abuse Reporting page or email support@accessbot.app.
