AccessBot is a software platform that lets independent operators run their own membership bots on Telegram. We do not create, host, or control the content our customers ("workspaces") sell — it lives inside their own Telegram channels, which Telegram hosts. If you believe a workspace on AccessBot is infringing your copyright, breaking the law, or violating our Acceptable Use Policy, use the form below. We investigate every report and act on valid ones.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent notice-and-action regimes. To submit a takedown notice, send our Designated Agent a written notice that includes:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. the bot's @username, the workspace URL, or a link).
Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Use the form at the bottom of this page. It captures every element listed above, is delivered straight to our trust-&-safety queue, and gives you a reference number on submission — you do not need to email anyone, and a notice filed there is a complete notice.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent. Where required, we restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action within the statutory window.

Repeat infringers

We terminate the workspaces of repeat infringers. Repeated valid copyright or Acceptable Use complaints against a workspace result in suspension and, on repetition, permanent termination.

Illegal content & child safety

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is met with zero tolerance: we preserve evidence, report to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC where applicable), and terminate the workspace. To report CSAM or other seriously illegal content, select "Child safety / illegal content" in the form below and send it immediately — that report is raised at the highest severity the moment it arrives, and needs nothing but what you are reporting and where.
